I've never had any bad clients, but I've had some that have caused me much
laughter and some pain with their ignorance. That's doesn't make them bad
per se, but you could class them as "nightmare" simply because they can piss
you off with their endless, "I want this to do that" and "why am i getting
phones charges even though I'm a monthly fee FREE isp" (could it be that you
had installed a freakin nasty dialler, that you were using by default
everytime you connected, INSTEAD of your 0800 free number????), blah blah -
maybe that's what the guy wants too.

I've never heard anyone say their nephew is doing their site though - do
people really say that or are you just making it up? Usually they just say,
"Website? Nah, not interested, BYE!"
