Do you actually get clients to agree to that? And is it tried and tested? I
can see it would be reasonable to insit on a % payment of the fixed quoted
price for the % work done when the job is called in early -we have a clause
of this type. Did you have a lawyer write that bit for you? I'd be
interested in seeing the clause.
