FN-FORUM: outlook express/aol is driving me crazy-please help!!!

Anyone got any ideas, outlook express is driving me
crazy!!!

Every so often it does this, I am on a Mac, OS 9.2
smtp server is AOL (I know AOL is rubbish, I am
switching over to something else quite soon) and
incoming is ICUK...I can't send mail, I can only
receive it, it just keeps saying , connection failure
has occurred, or insufficient disk space??? last time
I fixed it after I talked to the ICUKs support and
they gave me their SMTP server, but they can't suggest
anything else this time- they seem to think aol is
capturing my outgoing mail??, and talking to AOL and
their customer service has been a waste of time this
morning.
I know I may be clutching at straws, but anyone got
any ideas- till I finally get rid of AOL?
