As I mentioned elsewhere, you might want to look at a self-certification
mortgage, where you basically say 'yes, I can afford those repayments'.
Only be sensible about it and don't forget you do have...

To be honest unless you're 'sub prime' like me, then you should have no
problems getting a mortgage in the current climate. indeed, a

99% of the time some viruses dont get picked up so I use an online virus

I have a dual boot of both 98 and XP on my machine - I havnt had any
problems running 98 programs on XP but I have had problems running 95 games
in the built in XP emulator, so now I can run 95 game...
