Some PCs in an attempt to look stylish have a door covering the drives &
front located ports. Check the floppy is not hidden behind this.

Update
It seems to be the Doom virus. All the emails have "test" as the subject
and I just got one from a yahoo address with a made up name at the domain
that had previously been spoofed.

To remove trojans I normally go to house call by Trend. They are nearly
always upto date so if you have anything it should pick it up.

Best bet is to pop into any smaller jeweller and they should be able to do
