Sorry I guess I should have made it clearer in my first message.

Looking to share the company 50/50% with someone who can provide all the
technical expertise and server/hosting facilities.

Business is viable... Great growth potential.

Not sure if anyone out there can assist ?

Looking for a technical partner who can supply the website and back-end
database ?

For a global property site, already up and working and cash-flowing in BETA
format.

But legal problems with where the server and technical staff are abroad [
china ] is causing us to stand-still currently.

can anyone assist or suggest potential JV partners...

This is a proven business .........
