Presuming you've put dollar signs intentionally the US apple site has the
Dual 1.8Ghz at $2499 & the Dual 2Ghz at $2999. These are both G5 chipped
machines which come with a base install of 512Mb ram.
Depending on what the client wants the things for you could either go for
the 1.8 & stick in more ram (it can take 8Gb) upgrade the graphics card
(ships as standard with a GeForce FX 5200 U) for around $3000 (you'll have
to look into exact prices) or just get the 2Ghz with the standard ram &
standard (but better ATI Rad 9600 Pro) graphics card.

All depends on what it will be used for.
