Nope, it just (rightly) doesn't recognise css.htm as a stylesheet. A
quick run through the validator tells you:

"File not found http://www.geddeshouse.co.uk/templates/geddes/css.htm:
You can't import an HTML document
No style sheet found"

You need a .css file extension, rather than .htm and all will be well ;-)
