Hi=0D
=0D
This is a question about home networking. I have a home network all three
pcs are IBM compatible. I've bought a Mac (i-Book) and i want to hook it =
up
to the network for my broadband access. Is it as straight forward as just
sticking the network cable in and changing the OS X network settings or i=
s
there more to it ? i'd like ideally to make the i-book have a wifi
connection in the future, is it possible to have wired network and a wifi
part to connect to my laptop? if so what sort of thing is necessary,
something like a wireless hub plugged into me router? any ideas before i
start and make a hash of it all. unfortunately i never paid enough attent=
ion
in networking lectures and come to think of it they never covered wifi >:=
