FN-FORUM: Flash requirement

One of my clients has posted a requirement for modifications to an
existing flash as follows;

Rough quotes offlist please ( [EMAIL REMOVED] ). Some of the
formulae are fairly complex (especially the income & inheritance tax
ones), and they must be tested very thoroughly (although there will be
a professional available over the phone to walk you through any
tricker parts) - this is an exacting job, so please quote accordingly.
As always, list regulars will get higher priority over lurkers.
