Have you got a firewall running on either of the PC's, if there is a win
XP Pro PC there also check for the firewall on the network connection

Part of Nero. Lots of info on Google. Usually to do with upgrade, Nero offer
a reg cleaner so you can reinstall it cleanly. You have to uninstall old
