FN-FORUM: Which Editor is best to work with CSS

As I am new, I hope I don't start any repeat of previous discussions. Just
wqondering, which progs are recommended to work with CSS as I feel that
Dreamweaver is somewhat not the best suited tool for the job. Had a perfect
display in dreamweaver, but when I checked the site in IE6 several items
where out of line, to high. Strangely when checking with NS7 they were to
low. Wonders will never cease, especially when working with computers. So
if anyone has a better tool, please let me know.
