Biggest problem I have is creating a design I like for my own site!
Still had nothing I like so far :(

A good idea is to have a section that is only related via tangent, for
example, I run an extras section where people can download wallpapers,
useful programs (flash viewer etc). It's also a good idea to throw in
some
articles, sort of 'demistifying' technical issues, and subtly telling
them
that your service is indispensible to them, if you know what I mean.

it's pretty sparse, and I'd like to put more info, and make it more
attractive an offering, but I'm no copyrighter..
