Yeah looks that way. Called them & talked them through it. All they could
suggest was how to change the zone file back to their MX records, wait 24
hours for it to propagate & then get more annoyed at the fact that it's not
achieved what was wanted! The go through the process of changing the DNS
back with even more outage..
Still trying to sort it though...
