FN-FORUM: Slightly OT...any excel wizards?

Afternoon all,

anybody a wiz on excel, or at least knows there way around it better
than me (not difficult I know!!).

OK, I have a pricelist cum brochure in excel from one supplier.
Very nice it is too but it's huge - 60mb so not practical to mail out!!
However, you can select pages from the brochure and make mini brochures,
and I then dump them to pdfcreator and ta da, nice little mailable brochure.

So question is, how can I add products to the brochure from other
suppliers? The whole brochure is password protected (got the password
though ) and I don't understand how they have built it up
with hidden pages etc.
I need to know if the images need to be preformatted, can I move bits
about, can I slice things out/in, if I update the master price list does
it update the catalogue etc.
