I can't open Word docs directly in the browser, but I can download it and
open it no problem. IE6 Win2k, Word 2k.

Doesn't appear to have macros or links in it, apart form one hyperlink. Why
don't they get round the problem by using an HTML page or a PDF - after all,
not everyone has Word.

BTW You could tell them that they have a US installation of Word, not UK.
