Hi Rob,

You have just the two computers connected with a crossover cable?
Assuming no firewall issues (not XP SP2 RCx by any chance?)
The IP addresses are in different ranges - so it could be a routing issue.
Try with both PC's having IP's from the same range - ie 192.168.0.1 and=20
192.168.0.2
