If you are using ICS, the Internet PC must be 192.168.0.1 and it acts as
DHCP server for the rest of the PCs - set other PCs to use DHCP, don't give
them fixed IPs. Then make sure that your set up goes:

A
Internet-ICS PC card1-ICS PC card2-hub-other PCs

or
B
Internet-ICS PC card1-ICS PC card2-other PC

PC card1 could be a modem. With A, make sure you have standard patch cables,
with B, you need a X-over cable.

If you have ISDN or Broadband, it is much less hassle to buy a router (or
real firewall) and connect all the PCs to it, than it is to mess around with
personal firewall and ICS (which, frankly, sucks).

If you already have a router, you shouldn't be using ICS.
