On the same note, since NT is no longer supported, why not get them on to
SBS 2003 premium (if they have fewer than 75 users), which comes with
Sharepoint and the barebones of an Intranet already set...

There are some nice little USB to PS/2 converter cables available that

You could try FlashFXP, it's got a 30 day trial (costs about =A316 to
register.) I've got a client on to using it now because he found it's
resume function much better than what he had been using.

http://www.carphonewarehouse.com get a pay as you go and then just get
the phone unlocked, either online or some of the smaller phone shops
will do it for you. Then you can decide which network/price...
