Thanks for the reply. The problem is, the server is old, and has lots of websites running which were done some time ago with globals turned on, too many hours needed to redo code for the old websites...

Chris=20 Forgot to say, if it is individual cirles overlapping (ie so thay can be=20 taken apart in Flash etc. then you will have to use the tranparency tools in=20 Illustrator so acheive this effect...

I totally agree with Norman's sentiments, but surely the data should be available free of charge? Charging for it can only reduce its effectiveness, since fewer people will use it (and risk the fines)...
