FN-FORUM: IE tardiness - I suspect

Client is complaining (again, it never stops...) that with her large
text size, the sub menus line up with the buttons rather than the menu
above. It works properly in Firefox, but she's using Internet Exploder:

Any suggestions for a fix, css or otherwise?
