FN-FORUM: Reverse Billing SMS and SMS Subscriptions

Hi All,

I have a client who wants to do the following:

Reverse billing SMS: Client SMS's to a number which then executes a HTTP URL
and then replies with the contents of whatever the URL generates (probably
XML)

SMS Subscriptions: Client SMS's to a number which registers their mobile
phone to receive updates - everytime, the client updates a certain aspect of
his website, he triggers an to SMS to everyone who's subscribed with a
message.

Does anyone on the list use or provide these types of services? Anyone got
any recommendations?

good/bad stories welcome.
