I believe more than 3 phone calls is harassment and can be reported to the
Police. I don't know it this applies to companies but if it does people
should try it more often. Maybe then 3 would get the message I don't want
their mobile phone offer and I am quite happy with what I pay for Gas,
Electricity etc
