Yep, sorry, if you just listen to the number, write it down and then dial
it there's only the call cost, but if you key 3 to return the callers
call, than there's an additional flat 6p fee (even if they don't answer or
are engaged!)

Oh and even though I'm with Sky and wanted a standard line rental only,
they now increased my rental to give me BT Together Option 1 pricing (with
features that I'm not using!)
