We found a good telephone and headset at www.theheadsetco.co.uk
Good fast service, Plantronics telephone and headset for about £50.00 as a
special offer, though I think they are only £60 or so norm...

I use Zone Alarm Pro as a firewall and it also cuts any and all pop-ups
