Perhaps if they asked for average design, ia, ideas who has perhaps
looked at code view once in dreamweaver they would have more chance ;-)

Anyone think they have cutting edge design and ideas AND also great
understanding of IA? because if you do I can think of a dozen
opportunities for you that don't require answering ads on
freelancers.net ;-)
