Subject: FN-FORUM: Charging for on-site training
Morning all
Just looking for general opinion on what people charge for providing
training to employees of a company to use a CMS and online booking system
that they want developed. Do you charge your normal hourly fee + expenses?
Or less or more?
I ask as most of my customers a small businesses and any information I
usually provide in document form and if they need a bit of help I do it for
free (I know I shouldn't but hey).
Anyway this is a big company who will need lots of people training on-site
and I have to include the costs in the initial 'quote'.
Any ideas most welcome.
Cheers
Emma
P.S. It is my birthday today and I still have to work as too busy to not
:-(( Though plan to get verrrry drunk tonight, but nothing new there
:-)))))))
