Lots of good suggestions as to how to go about it, however, do bear in
mind that a large proportion of Internet users are on dynamic IP
addresses - so even if you ban the IP that posted a message, chances are
that if they return it'll be from a different IP anyway.

You could start banning IP ranges, but then you begin to cut out large
portions of viewers at each stroke.

As someone else once said, if you have an unsecured form on the web, it
*will* be abused..

Guestbooks are *so* 1990's anyway ;)
