FN-FORUM: Extracting emails

I have a client who has sent me an MDB file from their business
management system so I can add email addresses to their electronic
newsletter. I've managed to extract the data so I have a list of
emails, unfortunately, its all mixed in with other data. Does anyone
have a quick script or program that will strip out the rubbish and
leave me with a nice clean list of addresses. I've been looking
online, but all I get is spamming tools that cost way too much for a
one-off job.
