FN-FORUM: Font question

I am working on a site that uses graphical headers like the above link
and would like to change them to text for various reasons
(accessibility, seo, maintainability, dynamic changes). I have no
problem technically but have a lousy visual eye, so could anyone please
help by suggesting

- most importantly a "standard" web font that would substitute closely
for it
- less importantly, what this font actually is
