I had a quick look at this one - he usually talks sense - but he's made=20

There was a classic story (apocryphal perhaps) of a company in the 80s
who in a last ditch desperate maneouvre put the price of their software=20
*up*, and discovered that sales also *rose*. There's a mentality amongst
many buyers - particularly in business - that price is an indicator of
quality. And if it's too cheap it's obviously rubbish and just not wort=
h=20
buying.
