That's very nice Alan. However, it becomes something of an issue if I buy a
laptop for a client, and it turns out to be a dud in a month's time. No
amount of good rating is going to help me then. I'd rather have buy from
someone a bit more established, so I have somewhere to go if there is a
problem.
