Hi,
Does anybody have a list of payment providers that support authorise &
settle later, i.e., you get an authoristation code that indicates that a
customers card has been blocked with your requested transaction amount
and then you call to request payment at a later date ?

And how do people propose that the distance selling regs regarding
taking of payment should be handled when a client requests a payment
provider that doesn't support that, e.g., paypal.
