I use something called Absolute Log Analyser. Think that does it,
although the demo I have installed is a bit limited so cant be sure if it
does exactly what you describe.

Anyone know if a web stats program that will create multiple site stats in
separate folders from a single logfile based on the cs-hosts (hosts headers)
in the W3C log file, (other than Funnelweb)?
