at an hour each that's nearly two years.
start by throwing out all the things that wouldn't need doing if you only
had a year to live.
then decide which of what's left might make a difference to how long you
have left to live.
do you want the funnel theory of time management or the pine tree theory?
how long have you got?
I bet most of your four thousand things are just sand....
