Hi,

Don't know if this will help.

AVG has a problem with Roxio and Nero drivers.

If installed remove prior to installing AVG.

Should you still have a problem install in safe mode.

Both or a combination of the above have worked for us.

Think it is avg that is going it as it quite often happens when all I =
