Matrox are good at this sort of thing they've got at least three dual
monitor PCI cards:

Hello.

Can anyone recommend a good PCI based video adapter that I could use in
conjunction with my AGP card to run a third (and eventually a fourth)
screen? It would preferably be able to take two screens. Just wondering if
any of you are already using one, and could recommend something?

I have no idea of the issues relating to PCI as opposed to AGP.
