It *shouldn't*- when you're a sole trader, there's no "company" as such,
it's "Joe Soap, t/a Super Whizzy Products" whatever- there's no identity
crisis. A ltd co. is a legal "person", and you need to be very careful =
to
demonstrate that you're not mixing up the company's money with your =
money.
The IR have *no* sense of humour about such confusion.
