You won't. IE and Moz rich text editors make use of specific features
of each browser to allow you to edit HTML interactively (eg
http://www.mozilla.org/editor/). The required javascript is actually
pretty simple, just turn the editing mode on. Safari doesn't have any
such feature, so you'll have to use a Java or Flash editor.
