FN-FORUM: Basic Accounts / Invoicing Package

Hello,

I am looking for a basic invoicing / accounts package that is easy to use=
and: -

1) Will produce invoices and statements (hard copy and PDF for email)
2) Enables me to record payments
3) Will produce a summary of sales for the tax man
4) Is suitable for me not being registered for VAT
5) Is English not American
6) As a nice to have, will physically call round to flagged customers and=
give them a short, sharp, kick up the arse

I've done a google search but most of the packages seem far too heavy and=
I'm reluctant to load more demos on my PC.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
