you're likely to be kicked out of your colo if you send unwanted
e-mails from there; and even if you manage to convince your ISP
that your activity is legitimate, in any case you'll be included in
dns blacklists, and there's just no way to get out of there.
Stay away from that kind of business, unless you operate the tools
folks use to opt-in.
