FN-FORUM: website redesign...oh dear!

Firstly take a look at this - http://ftrl.co.uk/ notice editors
forward, and not foreword....

I called the above company as I got given their name from a friend as
they possibly need someone to design their farming magazine.

And once I saw the above I suggested I could help with their site as
well, however the "potential client" went on to say that they
"designed" http://www.grainbox.co.uk so were sure they could redesign
this http://ftrl.co.uk/ site themselves, I only looked at the grainbox
site after I got off the phone and now my eyes hurt somewhat and it's
obvious they need professional help, but I am trying to think of a
tactful way of saying this, when they call me back on Monday. I think I
might have to go down the "do you know that all websites by law need to
be fully accessible?" route.
