Oh my god! You've got your work cut out there. Why not write them a nice
helpful email offering them links, etc that will help them build their site,
point out that it's advisable to follow accessibility guidelines and point
out why, etc and then just put a little note in saying that you could do all
these things for them if they need you to. Leave it up to them to realise
they need you rather than the other way around as you may just alienate them
and lose the magazine work as well.
I was going to say try and say something positive about their site, but
there really isn't anything to say is there ;-) I'm surprised they need to
sell Scairoff Birdscarers they ought to just show the birds their website.
Microsoft Publisher - don't you just love it - NOT.
