Dunno. "Clearly" means with clarity, easy to understand. "Succinctly"
means briefly, without unnecessary verbiage. This is neither a tautology
(same thing repeated) nor an oxymoron (contradiction in terms), though it
*can* be quite hard to meet both targets.
