If the majority of your potential clients are Mac users - invest in a =
cheap Mac (that new one would sufficed) to test your sites on in Mac =
browsers. I got a cheap iBook from the apple store last year - =A3470. =
You can get something perfectly useable for about =A3300-400 now I'd =
have thought.=20

and there is no problem with that sentiment IMHO.
but i do get annoyed when people just brand CSS as 'rubbish' - simply =
because they don't understand it (or have the time to learn it.)
once understood, it isn't that hard to get working in the major browsers =
- but it does take a different way of going about things. (and =
understanding the kind of things to definitely stay away from that will =
screw up in various browsers.)
it's taken me about 18 months to properly get to grips with CSS-P.
