that was so beautiful

He He! No, seriously, I like it. Reminded me of Blue Rodeo for some
reason, actually. (Is that band known here?) Is that you on vocals? I
think I heard a reference to 'Molly'? Your own composition?

that's about my speed, right now.

Chris's party. The 30 foot tall fluorescent pink elephant with the two
trunks followed me home and is sitting on top of the wardrobe staring
at me with all three eyes. One of its trunks is holding a small shot
glass containing a brown, cloudy liquid and it seems to want me to
chug it back.

Yeah, it was a very good party! Actually, excellent! I got in at 8:30
am! As you can imagine, the journey home was a challenge. E15 to SE20
...

In attendance: Luke, Karl, Susan, Neelesh (though he was leaving as I
arrived - another engagement) plus various friends and 'new media'
colleagues of our gracious host, Chris. Nice food, the strange brown
liquid, a very nice young woman called Deborah who introduced me to
the brown liquid and later let me share her Habana cigar (Romeo y
Julieta). Music policy was 'house' - all served up by an iPod, a
PowerBook and Apple speaker set. I wore my Mac bigot T-Shirt (perhaps
Chris will post picture?).

Anyway, great party and thanks to Chris for being a great host!

Now, how do I get the elephant to go away?

Dave
