I thought about that but I haven't seen the "other side" - I'm no talking to
the person who is updating it or even knows who created it in the first
place etc...but at least I know to ask the question - thanks for that !

With a URL like your example, surely it's all ready got a CMS? Who on
earth would design around URLs like that otherwise?
