I think the payout from istock is very small, if you're work is good
enough go to a proper stock agency that pays market rates
Photographers have getty, corbis and alamy...there must be the
equivilen...

Depending on the rescue you orginally got her from, some are better than
others, they may have a behaviourist available that can give you free

The site setup stage in Dreamweaver only asks *if* you want to use server
side stuff - it's not compulsory, you can choose not to.
