Not too familiar with InDesign as yet, but in Quark a PDF is treated as an
image and can be imported in exactly the same way. Save out the particular
page in the PDF as a single page file and you're away.

I would imaging that InDesign has similar functionality built in...

If you don't have any luck let me know and I'll have a play this afternoon.

i've tried searching for a plug-in on Adobe's site to no avail :-(

i would have thought this would be a default feature in CS.
