Hi,
I am pretty sure that the ntl connection will remain uncapped. If they
do a U-turn on this, I will change providers as I download lots of stuff
all the time.

The upload speed is the real crippler - 750kb was more than fast enough =

download from pretty much any source, but the upload isn't much better =
